I like the idea of Weeds' pressure pump - no switch to worry about, just turn on the tap.

'twas meant to be 10am, but maybe in the afternoon would be better. Actually, I was thinking about heading off-road on Sunday morning to give the 130 a work out.

I don't really care what time we make it, to be honest.

Weeds - as always, you're invited

    Just to answer questions.
My supply tap / quickconnect valve is between cab and tray. Nice height no bending over - my 45L tank is under the passenger sill. pics attached. Water tap is placed in that section of hose cable tied to the headboard when not in use... has never fallen out.

My air system users an A/C dryer as the first oil catch, then pumps into a 20L air tank - the air is essentially free of contaminates, not that it would matter much anyways IMHO. I always keep about 50psi in the 20L airtank so I can pressurise the water tank as need be. Ive never had a taste issue in the water - it works and if all goes bad and I lose my air I can gravity drain if need be.

Im not certain as to the construction of these plastic tanks for pressure feed but I would assume the factory would pressure test them before sending. Ask them what pressure they are tested too, half it and aim for that!

    Ranga

The Shurflo I am using is a pressure pump which switches on and off whenever I turn on/off the tap. I have a switch and fuse on it for protection (not keen on having in permanently hardwired)

    Cheers

Vlad, Ranga, I have a problem,

Can't do Sunday pm, and camping the next two weekends, sorry.
Might have to just be happy with what you guys come up with, sounds like we are all along the same lines.
I will give the manufacturer a quick call tomorrow to determine if there is any discount on offer for an order of 3.
