You can get a 50 litre Plastimo bladder for $90 at Whitworths ($120 for 100l). You can buy fuel bladders for not much more coin; I've seen off-road touring bikes carrying them in their panniers. Not sure I would want to carry fuel in the passenger compartment though.

I just used 15 ltr water boxed/badders from that uero supermarket. Double skined bladders placed in a purpose made cardbord box/tray to fit under seat space. To stop rubbing I lined the box with some 3 mil nylon backed foam mat and inserted some between the bladders where they touched. Id already raised the seat bace level, but used the original box lid combined with a rachet type cargo strap to lock it all down, in case of roll over.

I checked out water bladders when I originally wanted more water, but ones like those at Whitworths were all the wrong dimensions. How would I get a 100L Plastimo tank that is 700mm x 1050mm x 250mm under the rear seats? The closest thing I can find that might fit would be this http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....=STRK:MEWAX:IT. Not a bad idea, provided you can find one that fits and you can eliminate the risks of puncture.

I've just been out inspecting, and I'm not sure how you can use the under seat tank with gravity feed to the existing fuel tank unless you tap into the existing fuel tank near the bottom.

The bottom on the under seat tank is lower than the top of the main fuel tank where all the connections are.

There do not appear to be any points lower down where you can tap into the tank without drilling a hole in it. Is that what you are meant to do?

Our second tank is under the drivers side sill and is pumped into a T piece in the breather of the filler of the main tank byway of little clicker pump.

Hi All,
I have recently had installed a Dolium brand aux tank under the rear seat box of my brand new Puma 130 and it is very hard if not impossible to fill easily, and without fuel running out as I fill it--has anyone else had this issue and if so how did you solve it? :mad:
