Rovercare - pictured- has done it & someone ( who would know) suggested that I fit one as my LPG conversion goes beyond my normal bonnet.

Natt the real question is WHY ?

The new bonnets make it impossible (well, much harder) to cover in chequerplate for a place to stand (if required) or mount a spare wheel (if required) and also look gay.
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".

    "WHY" is a fair question.

    1. "Why" would you want to stand on the bonnet? (I've never felt that urge)
    2. "Why" would you put a spare wheel on the bonnet? (I already have one mounted on the back)
    3. "Why" does it look gay? (see answer to question 1)

What I've noticed is that anyone who knows anything about Defenders has a look at the bonnet first before starting a conversation.

I had a long chat at the fuel bowser the other day with a Disco 2 driver who is considering buying one...it was the first thing he did after saying hello.

The D2 has a bump on the bonnet too.
