I remember phoning them and being told that they didn't intend to make them because the Defender doesn't sell enough in Australia to make it worth while and anyway it was only going to be available for a couple more years. Kind of stuck in my mind as rather short sighted. I'd say they quoted Ian on the Td5/Tdi ones. I was disappointed in their response because they do make a very good product.
I had the BD seat covers and found they didnt fit as good as the Michelle's sacs covers, had them fitted on the patrol seats and were that tight of a fit that they have never been taken off in 5 years, when i sold the patrol i kepted the seat covers and the seats look brand new, only downfall with the Michelle's sacs seat covers is the $$. but a hell of a product they have, i would buy them again
I have the Auto Pro front seat covers fitted to my 2009 Puma 776888.
Auto Pro have patterns for them but measure the individual car, take a couple of weeks to make them up, and they are a good quality, excellent fit good wearing product. You can have your choice of materials. Go into one of their stores if you have one handy. Price is very good for the front seats too.
To give you a current (Feb 2011) price on M&M seat covers: Puma front seats only Au$467 including delivery from Nene Overland in the UK.

Hey Ranga there is a second hand set of canvas seat covers for sale on gumtree Perth $260 bargan mate.
I would go with the sheepskins for a long trip - maybe I'm a bit soft but the Black Duck canvas seatcovers we fit on the Hilux work utes are not comfortable at all.
The only advantage I see for canvas is that they are washable, so for a tourer, the sheepskins would be the way to go, but for muddy crawling, go with the canvas
