My 120 has a GT aluminium one from Bunbury although tis just a basic drop side steel tray they have a pretty good rep and have been around for a number of years. Actually there is a 130 TDI in Bunbury 4WD wreckers (been rolled) with a tray with a few tool boxes and the like might be worth chasing up Tray still looks ok admittedly I didn't look at it really closely. I'm assuming you are familiar with the usual suspects of Rossco's and TL engineering.
