Had a great day for waving in the Nations Capital today, all very enthusiastic ones.
An olive green SIII swb (ex army?) in the new suburb of Wright at midday.
A light brown Stage 1 in Fyshwick at 4:55pm
Then a White 300tdi 130 at the big roadworks near the airport at 5:30pm.
I test drove a Defender recently and didn't know what to do when people waved - I didn't own one yet, so didn't know if I was being deceitful waving back, or rude by not.
If you're driving it you wave. No exceptions. Welcome aboard. :DQuote:

Around Adelaide it seems to be pretty good strike rate, nothing like country SA though! Best wave response I've seen yet has been out of the city for sure!! :DQuote:

Funny the two that waved were darker 110's - the no response was a whiteish 130. Maybe only the coloured Defenders wave :twisted:
