I have found that if there is another Defender on the road and they are too distracted to wave, a little friendly beep on the horn normally draws their attention.
Shout out to the Deefer drivers of Brisbane.
When I'm out and about in my Perentie, I almost never fail to get a smile and a wave from every Defender I see.
Went for a drive up to Wivenhoe Dam on Anzac day, come back over Mt Nebo, must have seen at least 15 Deefers and every one of them greeted me with a friendly wave!

I've been doing very well lately. Two today one white one black.
why is it that when you've had a car for a couple of years or so, all the other colours seem better? The black one I waved at on Victoria Rd Drummoyne this afternoon looked fantastic.
Cheers, Billy.
