Was trying to navigate through a carpark the other day in Pa's Defender TD5 130 (good grief, the football field turning circle is in its own there) and a 100 series Land Cruiser owner politely waited as I traversed a corner, gave him the "Defender wave" ....... got nothin back..... just a dirty ignorant Land Cruiser owner, shouldnt have expected anything really.. :p

Exchanged good waves with a gunmetal grey 110 on North Stradbroke Island today. Saw several other Defenders parked too.

Also spied a white puma near Belmont hospital.
There a lollypop man not far from me , if he sees me coming he watches me and gives a wave , he also watches me after I've passed him . I now run my two grandsons to school two days a week . Well I have to pass another Lollypop man in a different suburb , He watches me as I go passed , so I gave him a wave . So he now waves back ! My grandsons now wave as well , always brings a smile to my face !!.. Jim :):)..
Got 3 from 3 on my way back home to the sunny coast today, put a huge smile on my face

After 3 unreturned waves on the Hume this morning, I got a hearty, out the window wave from a grey 130 on the M7. Traffic was bad and I only just caught it. Just managed to give a feeble wave back which was probably missed. Sorry, the wave was appreciated.
Cheers,
Jon
Noticed a puma towing a trailer with the hazards on- southbound on the hunter expressway about 1830hrs this arvo. Flashed an incognito wave from the other car.
Hope it was not a breakdown? Would have stopped, but 4 lanes of traffic @ 110 and a center barrier is never a good thing to negotiate.
Three out of four waves returned in the Hawkesbury in the past few days. An olive green 200 TDi 110 was the one that missed :( , but got a good wave and hello from two young ladies parking their white Puma 110 in the council car park in Kable St, a smile and a wave from a 300 TDi 130 Ute (extended cab thing) outside Bunnings and was followed for some distance by a Perentie from Windsor into Richmond passed the RAAF base with waves and smiles from driver and passenger.. they must have been hot, it was high thirties..and I guess no aircon for them... :p
