Well I shared a wave with a nice white 110 on Balmain Rd today.
I am away and it's my wife's birthday. But luckily the wife is driving my Defender and she got a heap of waves today around Bridgetown WA - made her day! Thanks whoever it was.
Also I gather she saw a green Defender with number plate 1EOT 389. Must have come in in the ship as mine as I have 1EOT 384!
I got a wave from a white 100 on Friday , always nice to return the wave . I don't see to many Defenders around where I live ! Jim
I waved (yesterday at 3:45pm) to a white 110 who stopped at the set of lights Canterbury Road in Forest Hill. I was turning the corner with my arm out the window. He didn't even bat an eyelid. I'm a bit disappointed considering I turned in front of him. Tsk tsk.
Nathan.
P.S. Is anyone going to the Melbourne 4x4 show this weekend? I'm going Saturday so I'll need to keep my eyes open.
I received a couple returns today at 4:00pm on Liverpool Road just up from the roundabout. First was a late black 110 heading away from Millers Road. The second was when a chap in a dark red with white roof 130 crew cab was turning into Liverpool Road at the roundabout, not only did he give me a wave but as he came around the roundabout he gave me a thumbs up. Unfortunately I couldn't return the thumbs up due to changing gears so I had to give a smile and nod. If he's on here than [emoji1303], sorry it's late. [emoji38]
