Got two waves in two days from Defenders. Only seen two new ones out here, One was parked and I just caught the tail lights of one passing at night.

Several Defender waves exchanged last weekend....one was a new Defender!!! (travelrover: The new one was at Kurrajong Heights heading west)

All the new ones I’ve come across have waved.
(About 6 so far)

I have yet to see a new Defender - but then I have not been out and about much lately!

Got a wave from a nice dark blue TD5 yesterday afternoon in the main street, the unusual thing - I was in the RRS.....

Got a wave from Bruce Davis and Col110 today and saw a130 duel cab but no wave as he was almost past us (going the other way) before we spotted him.

My curiosity has got the better of me.
Q. Your Col110 was the username of a bloke I used to swap mails with some years ago on a UK Forum & wondered if he may have been the same bloke.

My Col110 was an Aircraft Engineer, ex RAAF & lived in the western area of NSW. His moniker was ColS 110 though. Thought it could have been him, the world being such a small place. [bighmmm]
Last heard of in the Emirates working for a ME Airline but that was some years ago.

The Col110 we know lives in north Richmond and drives a dark red/maroon 110 with cream roof. No ideas what he does for a living but would probably be in early 60’s.

It's used to be a white roof - needs a wash [bigsmile]

The color is Montalcino Red.....

Damn - I look older than what I am [bawl][bawl]
