    YOU'RE getting a complex?
I suspect these poor women are also getting a complex about this "nutty guy" driving a Defender, who insists on wildly gesticulating at them every time he drives past.
What next?, they're thinking. Will he be "mooning" us next time we pass?
Is he trying to chat us up perhaps (albeit from a distance)?
    Is he a dangerous pervert?

You may get a visit from the local constabulary asking for an explanation for your strange behaviour.
If so, just show them this thread on the Ao.lro forum, and hopefully, you'll avoid jail time.

On second thoughts, why not introduce these two Defender driving women to au.lro, then all will be sweetness and light.

I got a hearty wave this morning in West Perth from a husband and wife (well a male and female at any rate) in a white Defender.

    Tasmanian byway bywave

Saw a Defender coming the other way across the causeway at Bridgewater, Tas, he copped a hand off wheel wave from the inside of 'Fred' and the expression on his face was priceless.

I've even started showering in case they can smell me across three lanes of Sydney traffic. I might have to comb my hair as well.

It's becoming an obsession and is now my life's mission to solicit a wave from at least one of them... stay posted...
Sorry to ask what may be an unnecessary question, but a game changer if the answer isn't the obvious answer...

You ARE driving a Defender when waving at these ladies?

By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

Shoot this sounds like me! I'm on victoria road heading away from the city and I'm in a grey 110, most commonly with a dog hanging out the back window. You must be camouflaged! or I get you too late!
Noooo! Tell me I'm off the hook!
