Been awhile since my last post.
Haven't done much but put on some rear window guards today.
I'll need to paint the screws black.
Also waiting on a rigid 40" light bars.

Black, doesn't it show all the dints and bush pin-striping quite badly. Also after you wash it, if you do that type of thing, show dust almost immediately.
Where as silver is quite the opposite.
Scratches back to the bare aluminium don't show up much on Silver
My D90 is black and I had the windows tinted as well - don't think that the colour makes all that much difference to how hot it gets. The sun will heat up vehicles of any colour - my last car was white and it still got hot.
On a ski trip to Falls Creek recently I saw a current model D90 in a lightish blue colour with a white roof and thought it looked really good. I ended up with a black 90 as that was the only colour they had in stock at the time, but have grown to love it. Often wondered how a white roof would look on a black 90. Maybe even a white grill and intake mouldings. My bicycle is a Kuota with is all black and white and looks quite good - don't know if the colour contrast will translate to a Landrover though. But I still think it would work better than the black and silver contrasts that you see on those Hummer things and also on the Dodge Nitros. I don't know why people buy them - they are crap as an offroad vehicle, so I suppose you might as well put on the big rims with low profile tyres!
