Just put GU front and rear diff housings under it and be done with it,if you want to run with larger than 35" tyres with any sort of reliability.
Or by the CJ8 and put 35's on it,and blow them up when you try and wheel hard,and then you can spend a fortune and buy all the fancy stuff in the jeep accessory catalogue.Unless you are making a comp truck,you don't need anything larger than 35's on a defender/110 and you certainly don't need great suspension/body lifts.
