Do yourself a favour invest in dum dum or sikaflex, it's actually probably coming in through the top of the door and running across. I did all round the rebates of the doors the windscreen surrounds under the windscreen gutter where it meets the bulkhead.
And bought new door rubbers and checked the door mounting.
Or you could turn it upside down and by some ducks

Whilst driving my Series 3 I stopped at the servo to fill up and clean the windscreens, One guy said to me its the only time he has ever seen anyone use the squeegee to clean the inside of the screen.

I have to clean mine with a squeegee before I return home from Baw Baw every time. Dozing in the vehicle whilst waiting builds up so much condensation and winding the windows down at below zero temps isn't all that attractive an option.

I admit defeat on my earlier post about succeeding by sealing the gutters and roof seams; looks like it was coming in thru the alpine window after all
