I recently fitted some seat spacers to a customer's Puma 90 which had a cargo barrier behind the front seats. The seat back was already touching the cargo barrier, so it was no point fitting extended rails, but raising the seat actually makes a good difference if you're tall.
The hole through the rear spacers is offset so they don't bind on the vertical part of the body. You also need longer bolts to suit.
This would work the same in a single cab.
