I filled it up with fuel on the way to get it done on Monday as fuel was cheap, they had to lower the tank to get the bolts in it took about 1.5 hrs to do.

Thanks heaps for the heads-up. I haven't fitted the sill tank yet (just picked it up yesterday) but also haven't yet received my recall notice. I might check out if it affects me from the VIN number ranges listed previously.

    Defender 90 2012 Factory Recall

I recieved the letter a couple of days ago, recalled due to a possible seat belt bolt failure. Mine went in today and bolt has been replaced . Only takes a few minutes.

I'm off to get mine done this morning.. along with replacing the floor seals on the floor near the doors. Had anyone else had trouble with these hanging down??..

Well I had booked in to get mine done (as well as having a couple of sill seals replaced) and three hours later they tell me that they are "out of bolts" so cannot do the seat belt bolts yet..

My Defender is in those VIN number ranges but I haven't heard anything? Who do you receive the recall letters from- is it LandRover Australia or the dealer you bought from?

    Cheers

Landrover Australia sent my letter.. if you are unsure why not just call your dealer and ask.. chances are if you have had it serviced with them that they have already replaced the bolts..
