It was either the VW Beetle I learnt to drive in, or itmay be just generic

But thier building up nicely now Although when summer hits, and I'm in shorts again, I'm sure SWMBO won't think so
Humm, maybe I should shave them too

I put a wind deflector on each front window, then we opened the "way back' sliding windows (Kids speak) and we get heaps of air with little wind.

Does this count as Defender Hair.
I'm assured by my 8 y/o daughter that this is indeed a female Defender as she has eyelashes.

Hahaha.. that's my Defender (taken at the Braveheart Charity run by the looks of it).. and you are correct.. she is indeed a female Defender.. (and the eyelashes stop my hubby from driving her.. works a treat.. )

    Ahh, small world isn't it?
We saw her at the Ekka for the Caravan and Camping show - parked on the oval.
We were in the next row along beside a bright yellow D2

And the world gets smaller.. because I don't suppose you were in a white 110 (at least I think that's what it was) with a round snorkel??.. I drove around that way on my way home (was working at the show).. and spotted the Defender next to the D2..

PS the 'Tweetie' yellow D2 is hubby's.. he bought it recently and is trying cover the yellow with accessories... the pin striping and stickers are new as are the rock sliders and the new tyres he had fitted today.. apparently a company had painted the car in it's colours and when a friend was selling it we thought the car was just in too good condition to pass up despite the colour..

Yes that was my 110. My mate was nearby in his 130 too.
He commented on the colour of tweetie (in a positive sense - he actually likeds it). We thought it may have belonged to CAA in a previous life, but the mystery is now solved.
The interior is interestingly kitted out too.

Yeah I believe the interior has been replaced with a 2005 model interior.. but those red gear stick sleeves have GOT to go lol... hubby doesn't seem to notice it so much but I always feel the need to put on sunglasses when I glance towards 'Tweetie'.. I didn't see the 130.. not like me to miss a Defender!
