Ok we can't hold Murray to it, it's all going to depend on orders and final design, obviously the more changes and things added on will bump up the price (which is not a bad thing if we get what we want) a ball park will be around the not less than $600 figure and not more than $3,000 he he :)

And your right more Aussie made stuff the better, it's going to be a tough year next year lets keep Aussie's in jobs. Besides if something goes wrong we don't have to travel as far to beat him up :). Just Kidding Murray Lol :)

I think putting the extra spot light mounts and bush wire is a good idea.

Price wise as long as he can get it done for less that $1000 I would say it would be worth while. And also is the product viable in the market place, will this be a very low volume run, if so, then it could be priced higher to reflect its exclusivity.

As for being made in Australia I 100% agree on keeping work here, in fact Landybitz have our own range of Australian Land Rover products due out in the coming year.

We however cant be overly more expensive than say stuff from the UK, as most people , and post people on this Forum will want to buy the more competitively priced UK parts. we have talked about this before in another thread.

We have been 100% Committed in supporting Australian business and those companies that have chosen to work with us or will be doing so, will reap the benefits in the near future with export work too, now fancy that we are going to be sending stuff out of the country...

Just remember guys...

Camel bars were designed for slow going in jungles :)

Highways and tracks in Aus are traversed at 2-3 times the speeds...

Camel bars WILL fold under these conditions...

And for the record - out of in excess of 50 Kangaroo strikes on the last 3 years only 1/2 of them were glancing blows...

Cuesta mas por que es exclusivo.....

Its a very good point Re the Camel Bar for use here in Australia, its not really designed for what we usually use Bars for. It was never tested for animal killings.

This South African design looks more suitable while still maintaining a similar look. Defender with Bullbar
