Before you fit the copper gasket check if the turbo manifold is warped and by how much. The gasket will seal OK as long as the manifold isn't badly warped. If it is warped it may need to be skimmed first to guarantee the seal or the copper gasket may blow out just like the OEM one did.

Still waiting for a mechanic on this one, how hard is it to do this job yourself.

Is it just a socket set a a straightedge to check how flat the manifold is???

Should I have a go myself???
