There is not mention on his site about Puma Remaps ?

td5inside is a brand created specidically for the 5 cilinder engine, and thats why there is no reference to other makes/models in our site!
We do have our main brand wich is performanceINSIDE that works with all car brands!!
Regarding the puma we have been working on it, and we have already reached a good level of performance...
This is our own 2.4 puma development car !!!

Watch this video of it....this was in 2ª gear hi-range with 35" tyres!!

But....there is always a but :)
Problem for us is the remote remapping procedure!! We do not have enough td4 pumas overhere, wich make it profitable to buy a few alientech powergate slave machines (wich are the atric and the basremap interface), so our remote remap program for this car is not possible!

Sounds like a great idea. :/
Did you by chance tell them what size exhaust you were planning?
Or maybe try this approach?
"What else could I do to get the best out of this vehicle?"
Also if you are remapping a 2.2 your options are limited. I have only seen one company prove they can do it, and they have posted the dyno results - BAS.

I did happen to ask the question about how I could get some more performance but that was convieniently overlooked ...
I did tell them exhaust size i was planning on using which I was then given the answer about it is not a good idea as it could cause damage and they do not advise it at this stage...this does not mean I am going to run out and do exactly what they said not to but I did mention to them if there theory was correct that leads me to believe landrover have designed it terribly with relying on exhaust back pressure to govern boost etc etc which seems weird for an electronically controlled system...we all should know a large exhaust doesn't hurt anything!
If I go with BAS Ill be going along with what they recommend. Ill try and get a before and after dyno also.
Not trying to hijack this thread but alive have what appears to be a code reader(ATRIC) with their label on it. ATRIC Remap module (Early cars)
Not being a tech but does this ATRIC work like the nanocom a lot of people use to mod/flash their td5 or puma and store the flash tunes and how good is it for td5's????
Has anyone here used it????
To me getting a tuning unit and the 2 states of tune in one unit make sense.
Watching with interest... If you are buying new, 'run it in' first! :). grover7488 has something for sale in the Engine Ancillaries bit that might interest you....
