No worries mate.....glad to be able to help.
Thanks for the quick numbers! Just been out in the dark with the measuring tape and I *think* we're all good. Based on those numbers the ladder ends before the holder starts (with about 50mm+ spare) - that's the important bit. Bottom rung would likely impact the top of a square jerry pushed flush against the carrier but there's a bit of room to move - or use tapered top cans, our current water ones are that shape.
Thanks again, need to try again in daylight and get saving for the Hannibal anyway... or a Patriot with the side ladder and problem goes away completely.

If you are struggling with the Hannibal Ladder, should be easy with e Patriot side one.
Let me know how you go one with the rear wheel carrier.
Depending on your issues, Patriot can do a Rack to Chassis, Gutter to chassi ladder, or a ladder for a double cab full length roof. Tht particular ladder bolts to a rack deck and the rear cross member but is only 25mm thick (I know, I designed it!!)

Old thread but I realised I never updated everyone on the outcome! Well the Hannibal ladder + Rijidij rear bar work like a charm, there's room to spare even. The metal can on the left is NATO spec, the plastic water jerry on the right fits with even more room to spare (when in the same leftmost position).
