Thread: LED Light Bars?

Well, put it this way.
I've got a Tigerz winch, hasn't died yet.
Local Opposite Lock store, who I trust, haven't installed one that has worked out of the box.
They're absolutely shocking to deal with customer service wise, lots of their products are cheap ****.
Haven't heard much about their light bars, but I know similar lights that have died within 2 weeks of light highway use.
If they die, don't even bother trying to get warranty, just chuck it in the bin and move on.
It's a pity, their gear was quite good early on, but it's taken a serious nose dive lately it seems.

This is what my Tigerz 11 winch solenoid looked like after just 8 months on the front of my car.....

Because it had been pulled apart apparently it was my fault it didn't seal properly and wasn't covered under warranty.

Having never pulled it apart until this photo was taken I don't understand how it could be my fault it didn't seal but it leaves me wondering how their lightbars seal......

You get what you pay for, I bought a cheap winch and got a cheap winch..... I would suggest if you buy a cheap light bar you will get a cheap light bar but dont expect miracles.....

I run the ironman 30inch light bar on mine and love the light it puts out for the people going on the night drive in the wombat at the end of the mth can see it and they are at a good price as well i sell a heap of them at work...

NO!

Everything I have purchased from Tiger has arrived damaged or broken...and they have not covered / refunded / replaced etc etc those items...will nver buy from them again or recommend them!

Shame as they did have a good reputation but seems now they are bigger and selling / flooding the market and making /made money their quality control / standards have gone out of the window...

Honestly, if I didn't vow never to pull the damn thing off I'd turf it. It's not something I want to rely on, and the only regret I have in setting up my rig.

Sound like they are the Australian version of Scorpion Racing that used to be in the uk.

Or scrap iron racing as they ended up being called

A LOT of stuff exported from china is subject to "export incentives" so they may get the cost of their transport covered if its bringing in foreign cash. that's why they lost their dumping case against bsl. Their steel was selling here under raw material costs.
