Hey John, how are you? Is that your old Corvette I see there? Looks nice.
Yeah that LR world looks good but only available on iphone and ipad not Macbook unfortunately. Looks like I'll have to get an ipad.
Have you upgraded the car yet?

I get Landrover Monthly...too many ads in LRI.. As for the Aussie ones 4x4
Australia is pretty good. 4x4 Action is crap, full of ads and inacurisies ( especially bout Landies) and Overlander now owned by them is much the same. Only have to look at this months Overlander to see that they don't care about getting the facts right. Ave a look at the D4 article and their 15 best bush 4x4 comparisons. They gave 2 out of 5 stars for aftermarket gear availability for the Defender!

While 4wd action seems to have more land rovers in them lately, probably because Jamie has his 130 in there a lot and no doubt spends a bit on ads,i agree that most stories about land rovers seem to be poorly researched and full of inaccuracies.Plus Roothy hates them, even though he still owns one:p.

Yeah Roothie is about the only good thing about 4WD Action. He's OK.

4wdaction use a hell of a lot of "artisitic licence" in their dvd's and their track logs show absolutely no detail. I tried finding/ following one of their really tough tracks up to the top of Jolly Nose mountain that has a comms tower on top. They showed this tough track leading to the top when in fact it's a leisurely drive. Their tough track ended in a 40m high cliff and then the track looped back down the hill. And the dvd's and mags just cater to their sponsors which is the same old stuff over and over again.
