That was my thinking - whilst it looks like it will clear the light surrounds, that cross bar looks like it will block the driving light on the SVX/LE. Hence why I asked them to confirm if it will fit.Quote:

"New"?:eek: For crying out loud its the same as fitted by the smash repairers to my TDi after the altercation with a bull back in '06 ;) It is a TD5 bar, and it has Land Rover logo stamped on it too. Not that you can see it under all those bugs , mud and guts! :D

I bought that roof rack not having really looked at what was on the market, but I only paid $1300 for it and not thehefty asking price stated there. I'll admit I hated it at first once I saw all the other cool looking ones from other companies but now I wouldnt swap it for the world. Very functional, for me and what I use it for anyway.
AS for the bull bar, I prefer the smaller tubular ones anyway, as I think all the bigger ones give the defender a nerdy look to it. :wasntme:
