When you say bigger rotors do you mean diameter and or width?
maybe post a pic of the caliper mounts as well
What temp pads??
Got any details??
Rotor no's too please
Bias could be an issue as well
On the dirt which end locks up first?
Post a pic of the booster and master
Not real good for the brakes stomping on both pedals especially with that mill you have up the front considering its a constant 4wd
What does the surface of the rotors look like??
Actually what transfer have you got ?? Lt230??

Hi modman, there a thicker disc but a vented and cross drilled.
I'm not sure on part number , my uncle put them on about 6 yrs ago.
Pads are a high temp pad, that's all I no of them to.
It locks all four wheels together on the dirt, sum times front just before back.
Jumping on the brakes and gas is the least of worries with what that car goes thru.
It has a .222 transfer case
This car does 205 kph off road ,at the speed the front wheels come off the ground and the windscreen wipers don't touch the window.
It's unbelievable it lasts so well
Wow I think my head just went into a spin....
So what is it you need?
Raw stopping force?
More heat rejection?
More bite when cold or more bite when hot?
Being able to drive through the brakes with a big engine and auto isn't a surprise. But can you lock them up on tarmac?
It wont lock up on the road.
Im just chasing better stopping on tarmac
Where is the inlet filter on the booster? How do I get to it? Could that explain poor brake performances?
I reckon it still might have the county booster/master suited to rear drums
Check rijidij's previous thread about rear disc conversions for reference pics
If the pads and rotors have been used or old maybe a skim and newer pads
Should be able to lock up on road easily??

Oh more pics as well thanks
Got any tech on the suspension??
