It would have been me as I live in Gymea.
Tell her sorry and I occasionally don't see a defender so don't wave.
But I definitely wave when I see one.
I have rescue tape in the garage and if I knew the car was so close could have helped out.
Sorry you could not get more help on the weekend, hope the wife and daughter are okay and the problem is sorted out on Monday.

Update: The Defender was fixed today and dropped back to my wife with a fresh clean inside and out :). Apparently not all the new bracketry components were available and it will need to visit the dealer in Melbourne but it is good enough to get her back on the road.Quote:
