The way I read it (VSI #9) in NSW you are allowed up to 25mm track increase or up to 26mm wider than the largest wheel recommended by the manufacturer and for the total wheel and tyre change, no more than 15mm over the largest diameter.
FYI I ran 265/75mm on a 0 offset king rim for ages and had no problems at all....
