Don't forget to add in the cost of HD axles for the rear at around $700 (easy to install) +$600 ish to install locker in a salisbury and for the front around $1,500 - $2,000 for the HD axles and HD CV's and the installation cost of locker. Almost cheaper to buy another car

Go half the risk for a similar price
Get a rear Detroit locker from say Lucky8 for around that money landed and then you only need the chinese rip off and half the air piping.

They are asking USD 480 per set (it includes diff, pipes, bearings, compressor, everything you need) in FOB price. I'm asking for quotation in air mail to Colombia for 2 units (their minimum quantity for dispatch).
