I am pretty certain they had body coloured flares, same as other 110s.

Yes mine had them, I've still got them but I've changed them to wider ones. I will get around to painting them white one day. Attachment 79975 this photo is of the original ones.

It's always been on top. I can't say it was on there when they were built? Easy enough to make if you know someone who can do it.
