It's an unfinished project that will one day be a reversing camera. The idea is that the camera will be activated either by putting the car in reverse or via the switch on the dashboard. A couple of diodes ought to do the trick. One day it will get to the top of the list...

While we are poking around your truck ;) I like the netting above the jesus bar. Can I assume you took out the foam above where the netting is to make more room as a storage space?

found a photo. Should add i paid $15 to get both switches engraved from a random engraver who had a laser engraving machine. And i really should get around to pushing the diode out a bit more on the front locker.
