Yes, the fuel is turned up and a big exhaust but it has a stock I/C and the standard, crappy Garrett T250 turbo.
cruises at 100-105 on flat going ok, (need about 4 miles of flat going to look like getting to 110-115) but dies on the slightest rise or small hill, without much resistance, but in saying that it will hold ok on 80 or so in fourth quite well on any reasonable incline which gives me that little bit of hope that could get a little more holding speed around the 100-105 mark. so was thinking over the next few weeks maybe upgrade intercooler and see how that goes...... i understand they're not a rocket ship and maybe i'm expecting too much........
Should be better than that stock. Maybe consider boost and EGT gauges before the aftermarket bits? Should do 100km up hills easy. I only drop to 4th on hills if I want to be nice to the gearbox.
cheers for that mate. will look into it. i reckon there's room for improvement, it runs very smooth just feels held back......
