They are good bits of gear, and the reality is you can't go wrong with either brand.

Probably, it also has a chrome case. Best tape measure I've used.

Add me in as another vote for Maxidrive axles. Even if you don't put in a locker, their shafts and flanges are an upgrade that's well worth it.

My standards were well on their way out, to the point where I was driving around with the tools to drop the rear drive shaft and just go FWD if I had to.

The Maxidrive axles in the rear are brilliant.

Bugger those newfangled plasticky things, they break to easily.
I had one for about a week, dropped it once and it broke and won't work again.
Returned to using the tape measure that I had been using for approximately 35 years....

Bodmann, I think it is manufactured in Germany?

Anyways, apologies to the original poster of the question for going off track...
Maxidrive/Hy tough axles and drive flanges, where/how can one purchase them online?

I know and have experience with Ashcroft, good quality, easy ordering, fast delivery, etc, etcetera.

Email them and it counts as purchasing online.

They only need to know if your Salisbury has discs or drums.
