    That's basically all the CRD is anyway..

    As for bio in diesel... Yes they can add a small portion without advising it...

    I have never seen B5 labelled at the pump, yet most refineries produce it: Caltex Australia: Biofuels, bio fuel production and bio diesel blends

    Biodiesel improves the lubricity of ULSD, and is often the lowest cost means of doing so.
