yes but they dont do a suspension seat but they do look good!

This may or may not suit but hear me out.

My wife Deb has a bad back from years of hockey ( She reckons its from me making her pass me up Mud Bricks when we built our extension and from holding up a roller door for me while I bolted in but who knows )

Any way . We had a beautiful 2001 Defender and I couldn't get her comfortable in it . I bought very expensive Exmoor trim leather seats and tried all sorts of stuff to no avail. We had to sell it
Fast forward a year and I had an epiphany.
She could she sit in her Subaru Impreza all day long on extended drives with no problem.
I dragged out an Isuzu County I had in storage , for a rebirth and rebuild and as part of that I went to a car wrecker and bought some great condition , used Impreza seats and had a local engineering mob fit them.
The seat squabs/ bases were too high at the front and so I got a local trimmer to take 30-40mm? out of the front of the squab.
I will defer to your physio but are they sure its vibration and not position.
The outcome with the Impreza seats is that you sit more upright and maybe higher but are better supported.
BTW I am no giant at 5'10" in the old measure.
