Hi Together,
running 35" now with maxi drive in front and rear but standard gearing. What crown wheel and opinions and gearing are you running on 35" are there any HDR alternatives to Ashcroft ?
Drivability is actually good with standard gearing and variable vein turbo but fuel consumption seems to be around 2l/100 above what it should be.
cheers
Steve
i second to speak (email) with Bill from GBR Utah. He was very generous with his time and explanation when i was researching diff ratios. mine are 4.11 from GBR
you can mix 4.12 (F) and 4.11 (R) without adverse affect. Looks like Ashcroft have a 4.10 for the P38. Same for GBR.
The choice might be a 4.12 ashcroft front or a 4.11 GBR front with a 4.10 rear from either supplier. Ask Bill if you can slot the 4.14 in the front with the 4.10 rear. That said I'd be very surprised if you broke a 4.11 or 4.12 front.
