Drivability is actually good with standard gearing and variable vein turbo but fuel consumption seems to be around 2l/100 above what it should be.

Depending on diffs GBR in Utah, as well as ashcroft, or hunt for some secondhand maxi 4.11 diff centres.

i second to speak (email) with Bill from GBR Utah. He was very generous with his time and explanation when i was researching diff ratios. mine are 4.11 from GBR

you can mix 4.12 (F) and 4.11 (R) without adverse affect. Looks like Ashcroft have a 4.10 for the P38. Same for GBR.

The choice might be a 4.12 ashcroft front or a 4.11 GBR front with a 4.10 rear from either supplier. Ask Bill if you can slot the 4.14 in the front with the 4.10 rear. That said I'd be very surprised if you broke a 4.11 or 4.12 front.

Have you corrected the distance you travel on the odometer for the larger circumference of the 35" tyres?

No not yet, the speedo is only 4k out but I will put a speedo correction box in soon

thanks guys I contacted Bill, after my experience with Ashcroft and the underdrive ( still ongoing) I am looking for alternatives
