What is this on the Defender Guard?

I don't think it is left vs right hand drive but rather what side your air intake is on. Puma air intakes are on the left and I thought TD5s were on the right, irrespective of whether they were left or right hand drives.

All the Pumas I have seen have the engine intake on the right. The cover is the heater intake, so dependent on left or right hand drive.
