    Interesting thoughts from James:

"It's definitely a chap's car. A woman would look ridiculous in it because you would know she must have more sense."

I guess I look ridiculous and have no sense

We all know that he's a twit and a long haired yahoo to boot...

I wouldn't pay him or his opinions any attention!

A bit of a relevant story... The 6 months before we moved to Australia from the UK the GFC was biting hard and we were down to 2 slightly odd cars. I was driving the other half's Suzuki Swift Sport as I did the bulk of the work travel and she drove my "occasional drive" Defender 90. She was a bit reluctant at first, but soon had the attention of just about every bloke on the road!

The fact that she drove it like she stole it most probably scared the smoke out of them, but she absolutely loved it as she's also a bit "vertically challenged" and the Defer obviously made her boss of the road!

Enjoy that stunning 90 of yours and pay no attention to idiot opinions!

    Cheers,

    Lou

    quote from Cpt Slow's artickle:
"...something bothered me about the Landie... it was the centre console, which features all sorts of things that don't belong in a Defender ? electric window switches, seat heater switches, heated screen switches and a radio. Fitting these to a Defender is like carpeting a shed."

    The ring of truth.

btw, he's caught the wave from Jeremy Clarkson and he's surfing it for all he's worth. Maybe the whole thing was actually penned by Clarkson or one of his ghosts.
