Hi Guys i'm chasing some advice, recently had towbar/electric brakes and bullbar fitted to my 2014 puma. Now whenever I indicate left or right the trailer light on the dash lights up (without towing anything). Just a bit of an annoyance but any ideas on how to rectify would be appreciated?
Regards
Sean

Or just bung in some lower wattage filament globes..
TADTS!
Mine does this, with no trailer attached - flashes briefly when i first stick on the indicators. Another quirk?
Mine does this too. Flashes whenever the indicators are on. I asked LR to look at it on the first service and they did not fix it so I am guessing its normal!
If it bother's you an adjustable OEM Wipac flasher relay will fix it and you can use it if you go LED at any point...

The link is expensive, but you can see the part number to source it elsewhere if the fancy strike you!

The single flash is a check - if a trailer is attached it will continue to flash along with the indicator light.
If you have a bullbar with additional indicators - the vehicle interprets the load as a trailer and flashes the dash light.
Changing to LED bulbs or lower wattage bulbs in the bullbar will stop this and return it to normal operation.
I put LED globes in the bullbar and now it's just once when I first flick the indicators on. Cheapest option if it annoys you.
