could someone tell me if this part number is the latest part number for my puma clutch replacement?

At 73000km the clutch has started slipping, no apparent reason that I can see. No oil leaks, and clutch adjusted correctly. Slipping occurs mainly at high speed in top gear going up hill, when accelerating.
maybe I am missing something?
any advice please?
