Find the small hose that comes off the aluminium side of the turbo. Disconnect it from the turbo and hook an air compressor to it. Pump 15 psi into the pipe, first listen for leaks. If it holds pressure then see if the wastegate arm (between turbo and engine block) moves when the pressure is released and re pressurised. Next with the air pressure at zero, remove the plastic air pipe from the back of the injector pump. Put air pressure into the pipe again, it should come out of the one you just disconnected from the injector pump.
