How do you stop dog scratching tint on rear window?

Put him in a crate. Safest way for dogs to travel. Or you can get leads with a seatbelt clip on one end and the other end attaches to their collar. We have both.
Another option would be to buy a security grille to bolt onto the inside of the rear window. They are available from England.

Hmm, as guns are stored in the back in the tunnel I made that is not actually a bad idea. Do you have a link for the security grill?

Just Google 'Mantec defender window guard'.
I'd probably put a solid gullwing door on the rear window before the prison grills (unless of course I was actually transporting convicts).
They're great for the zombie apocalypse look!

The stop gap measure which is perspex looks so good it might end up being there for a long time. I cut the perspex a few mm too large (lots and lots of measuring). Then I stuck a few tiny felt pads, the ones you stick under things to prevent scratches round the edges of the perspex to hold the perspex off the window tint. I then flexed the perspex to get it in place as I made the perspex an interference fit round the window rubber. Two tint squirts of silicone at the top as either side of the light was the only loose bit and job done :)
The silicone can be easily cut and the perspex removed for cleaning easily when needed.
It looks really good, the only hint that there is something there is from inside you can see a few tiny felt pads round the window otherwise you would hardly know it is there, really happy with it, I will post a pic when the silicone is dry.

Yes there is reflections from the front, how odd.. It is not serious, but I might have to look into some anti reflective film or a different type of perspex. Any thoughts?
At least my window will be safe on my trip to a comp with Pluto tomorrow so the 30 buck perspex is good in the short term :)
