I could be wrong, but I feel you are talking about Land Rover Customer Care/Land Rover Assist which (according to their website is managed by Allianz.)https://landrover.roadsideonline.com.au/contact-usThis product is provided by AGA Assistance Australia Pty Ltd ABN 52 097 227 177 trading as Allianz Global Assistance, under an arrangement with Jaguar Land Rover Limited.
Land Rover Australia is at 148 James Ruse Drive Parramatta NSW 2150 (according to the White Pages, and knowing a couple of people who work for LRA, its a long commute to Brisbane if you live in Sydney)
You won't find me on: faceplant; Scipe; Infragam; LumpedIn; ShapCnat or Twitting. I'm just not that interesting.
I must publicly say this.
