    No. JLR have their own operations in Australia and in fact are responsible for Land Rover sales and support in Australia, Oceania and much of South-East Asia.

    I could be wrong, but I feel you are talking about Land Rover Customer Care/Land Rover Assist which (according to their website is managed by Allianz.)
    This product is provided by AGA Assistance Australia Pty Ltd ABN 52 097 227 177 trading as Allianz Global Assistance, under an arrangement with Jaguar Land Rover Limited.

    Land Rover Australia is at 148 James Ruse Drive Parramatta NSW 2150 (according to the White Pages, and knowing a couple of people who work for LRA, its a long commute to Brisbane if you live in Sydney)

    You could be right. When I had concerns about my purchasing situation, the number I called for general customer complaints and assistance - the guy said he was located in Brisbane.
