The wife or the defender? :D

There is an option C:!
Most of the time that space in a defender is wasted, how about a external storage box like the rear corner ones? Space to stash a snatch strap and shackle. http://www.terrafirma4x4.com/mobile/...ockers&grp=336
Or cut both sides the same and stick in a few square led work lights so it looks like you meant it to be that way. Keep roof panel but cut out rear vertical. :)
Also check the seals as the impact may have widened the gaps
That'll buff out!
I think that it adds character.
I'd leave as is and wear the battle scar with pride
Mate, easy fix with a black felt tip
options
1- if it doesn't leak leave it as feature
2. mark as suggested with wife markings
3. remove interior lining and with dead weight mallet and piece of carpet covered oregon percuss till straight or just about. The oregon goes on the outside.
don't try to get it perfect as the aly will crack on the second last blow!!
don't pis# wife off, she will get you back many times over......
Why weren't you driving??????
Get a roof rack with a side and rear awning.
Problem solved!
Everything is fixable, I err rolled the missus Toyota hj45 in a flooded creek. The fiber glass roof peeled off and the side it landed on smashed into a chewed up mess and the tub folded in a few cm's off the inner wheel arch, and my ears are still ringing from the missus ranting on about me killing her car even though it was a few years ago. I got a second hand rood and side (bolt on) and I panel beat out the tub, it took quite a bit of time, but it came out looking perfect. Your roof will beat out perfect, just go slow. I would start off with a block of wood and hit the wood with a dolly on the outside. When you get close go slow and tap it into shape.
Good luck
