What type of tow hitch is that? Does it have a part number? My 110 has a longranger tank... Looks like that one might fit.
It is just the standard Land Rover dealer supplied fit. Can't find the part number on it, & it's not even listed in my brochure!

In Northam shire part of the week & Belmont shire the other. We have clocked up 2000kms in the first month, mainly on the Gt Eastern Hwy, although it has been to the city, Nedlands, Swan Valley & Canning Vale, and regular trips to Midland.

He does get around. It's strange that most times we take the Defender we seldom see another Defender. If we take the Peugeot we see hundreds & only occasionally get a wave back - they must think who's that strange dude waving from a Pug?

I believe its the same as the Land Rover dealer supplied one I have on mine and its part number is RAA623 and the tow tongue is RAA624.

Christmas lunch today with some old Land Rover friends in Canning Vale:

Someone commented that I had a nice trailer! Which is actually a very nice 1953 80".

The only addition today was installation of a small blind spot mirror on the drivers side. Compared to the 110 I find there is a very bad blind spot, which can hide a complete vehicle behind the 'B' pillar, which is a lot wider on the 90.

What a couple of gems, great photo! It's funny seeing the Heritage next to the old 80, it almost looks modern in comparison. Almost

I'll be keeping an eye out for you in my travels.

Ya can definitely see the likeness!.....after 68 yrs!!
Don't know of another vehicle where this is the case?.....Maybe the original VW Beetle, but I don't believe that even it, retained its basic shape for this long?
    Pickles.
