Thread: Rhino platform rack for a 130

As my friendly Rhino dealers were not much much help at all, I thought I would share this to make it easier for others.
The standard Rhino listing for a platform rack to fit a 130 is a 1300mm long by 1426 wide. This size was too short me and the next length up at that width was over 1800 long ( 130 roof is about 16 - 1700 depending where you measure).
The ideal length is the 1528 rack which only comes in 1376 wide, meaning it is too narrow to fit the defender legs.
So the solution - After much catalogue searching, there is a land cruiser adaptor, part# PLHSPAIR, which will adapt the slightly narrower, but longer, rack to the defender.
And here's the best bit, the adaptor only costs 20 bucks per leg set!

Be warned though, I was told Rhino will not honour warranty with this set up as it is not standard - even though it works on a land cruiser!!
