Well said Daz, you've reminded us, that's part of the beauty of Defender. Totally agree... Whether you need chequer plate or not? Up to you. I've never needed it and I prefer the classic lines, unprotected and the patina if use over time. But if you want full bonnet chequer plate to give you better grip to load your kayaks, or whatever, go for it! CheersQuote:
