Out for a weekend jaunt with Martyn and my newly fitted Rhino clamp came loose and jumped out falling down and not allowing me to get the door open. Had a bugger of a time trying to refit them just off the track.
I regularly check them especially when driving over rough stuff. Many times they are just starting to come loose again. maybe some locktite may be the go
My only problem with them was the "do not use over the glass" . That was fixed with a dremel for one pair of legs.
I use 3 Rhino aero bars and once I discovered the "knack" of pulling down and rotating the plastic part of the lower grips all worked well :0)

Fitted longer hex nuts .......( stainless steel bolts from Bunnings ...hope the quality is ok ) ...... so far so good ....but after fitting and then trying to remove the racks ....still not easy ........the "slide down " nylon bit is really difficult to get down ...so the whole gutter clamp is locked tight and won't release .....so much so that I had to use a cloth wrapped screwdriver with pressure to get it to release ......so much for my easy quick fit and remove .............I'm very disappointed in this Rhino product ......seems under thought in design and functionality ........
