I found the rattle Mick. I lubricated the door catches on both front doors and it shut it right up.

    Updated Double Din facia

As above, I replaced my white facia with a new carbon look unit. It has adjustable vents vs the OEM units.
Ive still to correctly wire the Redarc gauges as I’ve changed them to:
    ‘Transmission temp
    Water temp
Oil temp and Oil pressure And outside temp
    Dual battery voltage gauge
Ive removed the Boost and EGT gauge and related cabling.

After reading the few different threads along the lines of "will by battery go flat if...." I decided to finish off the Anderson plug connection through the seat box so I can plug my solar panel in.

    Billet Security Bonnet Hinges

Not that I’m too concerned with my bonnet going missing in Australia, I replaced my OEM hinges with bolts made of cheese, with these snazzy billet units from the UK, so as to address loose bushes and to allow better alignment of the bonnet after fitting the hydraulic bonnet strut.

    They look great as well!

2 days ago I was thinking of getting the stuff to do that. Did you fit a fuse in line near the battery in case the cable chafes and shorts?

    No I didn't, but that's probably a good idea!
The cables go through rubber grommets in the bodywork and the positive cable is sheathed all the way to the battery.
