    Long Ranger fuel tank.

    Hello all,

Can anyone tell me if the fuel sender/fuel pump is in the same location in an
LRA 120 litre long range tank?

I'm thinking of cutting a hole in the rear of my Td5 Defender and fitting an inspection cover. But before I do I'd like to know where the pump cover is located from the original tank.

Nino in a td5 the pump/sender is /should be in exactly the same spot. However with the long range tanks they are recessed a lot into the top of the tank so can be hard to undo the locking ring...😐

The Isuzu 110. Solid and as dependable as a rock, coming soon with auto box😊
The Range Rover L322 4.4.TTDV8 ....probably won't bother with the remap..😈

    Thanks JC,

I knew you would be the one to know the answer.

Typical though, nothing's easy and straight forward with a Defender. Why do I love it so much?
