    defender flares

    I'd like to remove wider flares on my defender(fitted by previous owner with wider wheels -285/75) to standard flares as now looks weird with standard 235/85 wheels. is it too much hassle to do as assume holes in panel work would be visible?

    That will be the problem- and they may have trimmed the guards also...

    If you are lucky there will be no cuts to panels. But there will be holes to fill and then panels will need paint.
